The Creative Atelier is a safe haven for your creative living. An online studio space that is down to earth and kind, so that you can bravely start filling those beautiful journals, rather than leaving them half done.
Curated with the intention of getting you moving, inspired and connected, Natalia knows creative blocks (and their remedies!) inside out.
You can expect laughs. coffee. world music, and 'light touch' prompts that teach and inspire you to get out of your head and onto the page.
You might also have some healing tears.

Morning & Evening Pockets of Peace
30 minute windows in the AM and PM for you to carve out that sacred space to create. Self-lead, Natalia creates a warm + casual space for you to do your thing (in the best company).
Find a moment of peace before the rush of the day, or decompress in the evening. Your bathrobe and bed hair are welcome. Come doodle, write, reflect and relax.
Sanctuary Sessions
A Sunday morning call that is a blend of creativity, self reflection and personal development.
Natalia draws on her therapist skills to support you in deepening your relationship with yourself. Sprinkled throughout are permission slips, invitations to practice self-acceptance and compassion, and of course, play and adventure on the page.
Skill Sessions
We try out new skills and learn art related theories to give ourselves more expressive freedom and creative fertiliser. Most of us haven't had the luxury of Art School, but we do have the internet at our disposal!

My role? First and foremost to encourage you to make.
To encourage you to be a happy beginner. One who delights in piles of bad art because:
bad art = freedom
Freedom = your expression
Your expression = great + unique ART (+ Life).
I want for you to make time for yourself and your joy.
This space is about the creative process, and the inner actions for placing freedom, exploration and joy at the forefront of living.
What you won't find is business coaching, branding, or monetising of your craft - there are plenty of people offering that.
This is just for the love of making.
I'm Natalia, creative from birth (just like you), a well-seasoned gestalt therapist and Psychologist, and retreat and workshop facilitator - a walking permission slip + daily creator.
There's no shortage of art classes out there, where you can learn new skills. What the Creative Atelier offers is a reminder to trust in your process, and find your own expression .
Sometimes people need permission and encouragement for that.
